Welcome to Loumidea. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loumidea platform, which connects freelancers and clients for various services.
By using Loumidea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree not to share your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

Clients must pay freelancers through Loumidea’s payment system. We use Stripe for secure transactions.
Loumidea charges a service fee on all payments. Fees are displayed before checkout.
If a dispute arises, payments may be withheld until the issue is resolved.
If a disagreement arises between a client and a freelancer, Loumidea provides a dispute resolution process.
Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before escalating to legal action.
Freelancers retain rights to their work until full payment is made. Once paid, ownership transfers to the client.
Users grant Loumidea a limited license to display project work for promotional purposes.
Loumidea is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for damages caused by user interactions or third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users.
Your continued use of Loumidea after changes means you accept the new Terms.
