Welcome to Loumidea, a specialized freelance marketplace platform designed specifically for content creators and marketing professionals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loumidea platform, which connects skilled freelancers with quality clients in a professional environment with ultra-low fees.
Loumidea is currently in beta testing phase with planned full launch in Q2 2025. By using Loumidea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Platform Overview: Loumidea focuses on connecting video editors, content writers, social media managers, graphic designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and other content creation and marketing professionals with businesses, marketing agencies, and entrepreneurs requiring digital marketing services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree not to share your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

Clients must pay freelancers through Loumidea's secure payment system. We use Stripe for secure transactions with escrow protection.
Fee Structure: Loumidea charges only a 2% platform fee (compared to 10-20% on competitors). Total fees are typically around 5% including Stripe processing fees. Freelancers keep 98% of their earnings (minus Stripe processing fees).
Escrow System: All payments are held securely in escrow until project completion. Funds are automatically released to freelancers upon client approval, minus platform fees.
Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, payments may be withheld until the issue is resolved through our comprehensive dispute resolution system.
If a disagreement arises between a client and a freelancer, Loumidea provides a dispute resolution process.
Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before escalating to legal action.
Freelancers retain rights to their work until full payment is made. Once paid, ownership transfers to the client.
Users grant Loumidea a limited license to display project work for promotional purposes.
Loumidea is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for damages caused by user interactions or third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users.
Your continued use of Loumidea after changes means you accept the new Terms.
